Structure daily, weekly and monthly tasks for maximum impact and minimal stress.
Daily tasks (10–20 minutes)
- Make beds and quickly straighten bedrooms.
- Wipe kitchen benches, cooktop and the sink after use.
- Do a 5-minute tidy of high-traffic areas (entryway, living room).
- Load and run the dishwasher or wash up after dinner.
- Empty kitchen bin if it is over two-thirds full.
Weekly essentials

- Change bed linen and wash towels.
